KRYSTINA SIBLEY
Krystina Sibley is a certified Primordial Sound Meditation Teacher, 200-hour registered Yoga Teacher, and certified Therapeutic Art Life Coach. She is honored to be your guide as you connect with these nurturing modalities to help you connect to more love, joy, peace, and your best life. Krystina has trained with Sadhguru, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Deepak Chopra, the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute and more to lead unique sessions that lift up your mind, body and soul.
Krystina is an 8th-generation Texan and native San Antonian who has lived around the world from Virginia, England, San Francisco, and Tampa Bay, and brings a unique perspective to her self-care teachings.
